NAYROQ is an AI workforce platform that helps businesses manage customer conversations, leads, bookings, sales workflows and connected communication channels.

Connected services

When a business connects services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger or website chat, NAYROQ processes information received through those services only to provide the requested platform functionality.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure the service, operate AI employees, respond to customer conversations, maintain CRM records, provide analytics, improve reliability and support users.

AI processing

Customer messages and approved business knowledge may be processed by AI service providers to generate responses and perform configured business tasks. Businesses control the knowledge and instructions supplied to their AI employees.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure, AI, communications and payment providers as necessary to operate NAYROQ, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

Data retention and deletion

Information is retained as needed to provide the service and meet legal or security requirements. Users may request deletion of their NAYROQ data using our Data Deletion Instructions.
