Data Deletion Instructions

Users and customers may request deletion of personal information associated with NAYROQ.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request to the NAYROQ support team by email at sales@nayroq.app. Include the email address associated with your NAYROQ account and identify the business workspace or connected social account concerned.

Connected Meta accounts

If your request relates to Facebook or Instagram data processed through a connected business account, identify the relevant Page or Instagram account so the request can be located and processed.

What happens next

We will verify the request where appropriate, identify data associated with the account, and delete or anonymize information that is not required to be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes.

Disconnecting services

You may also remove NAYROQ permissions from the relevant connected service. Disconnecting an integration stops future collection through that connection but does not automatically delete information previously stored in NAYROQ.
